They runned as fast as they could, but it was hopeless. Clover tripped when she was running. Alex looked back when Clover began to scream. She witnessed Clover getting crushed by Sam's right foot. ,,Clover, NOOOO!!!" Then Alex watched as the left foot of Sam began to lift up and was hovering above her. She started to run, but it was already too late. She was going to suffer the same fate as Clover. Sam's left foot started to descend and Alex had disappeared underfoot. However, Clover and Alex were still alive. They were both horrified of the fact that they were now stuck to the soles of Sam's gigantic feet.
