Clara glanced at her friend, who was running her fingers nervously through her hair. The dark haired girl glanced off to the side, unable to meet Clara's eyes. Was that out of shame? It was clear that Lizzy wasn't super skinny, since she did have a slight belly, but never would Clara think the girl was chunky. Frowning, Clara said, "No, why? Do you think you are?"
"Well, my mom has been hinting that i should start loosing weight, and--well, I feel like I just need to know. Am I?"
"No, not at all," Clara replied.
"Alright, good, because, well, I don't think I'd have the willpower to diet if I wanted to," Lizzy giggled, pushing her glasses higher up her nose as she grabbed more food to nibble on. "Still, maybe I shouldn't eat so much..."
