While to some people, 20 pounds doesn't seem like much, it's actually quite a lot. Plus, the fact that Luna was still only 146 cm(not counting her brother, the second shortest in the Signers was Crow, at 174 cm), and that because she was short, there was less space on her body to distribute extra weight gained from her hobby of excessive snacking...
Simply put, Leo could use her as a body pillow with no trouble.
Luna wasn't too sure what to do next. Doing her best to hold her enlarged belly in her hands, she fiddled with it as she thought. Losing a bit of weight wouldn't hurt, and it would give her something to do....but she liked snacking mindlessly, and she didn't feel any worse from the extra weight. Or maybe she should ask her brother what he thought of the situation.
