She becomes as muscular as a male bodybuilder.

Jenny then remembered she had to be more specific as she did not want a repeat of last time when she she just she wanted to be bigger. As she rubbed the ring again she frantically yelled out "I wish to be 7 feet tall and have muscles the size of the largest male bodybuilder but be twice as strong as the strongest person alive.

It did not take long before the sundress and other clothing Jenny was wearing to be torn to shreds by her expanding height and muscle mass. A cartoonish 14 pack soon erupted from her chest and her body aquired a perfect V shape as her quads inflated to almost 96 inches. As she raised her arms her back specifically her last erupted from her frame. Jenny watched in awe as her biceps and triceps poured muscles on top of muscles. Her body took on an ultra female form just with muscles that could win any bodybuilding contest. Her arms looked like they had cannon balls in them and that was only for a few seconds. Eventually her arms looked like they had small beach balls. Her skin felt like silk with an under layer of steel. Her ass aquired a perfect heart shape which normally would take years of doing hundreds of squats a day. As her muscles ceased to expand Jenny said "Oh my look at me" as she flexed a 20 inch bicep. Every part of her body was now massive. The 7 foot tall female powerhouse looked at herself in the mirror and quickly started rubbing the ring again.
