(This following chapter is a collaboration between Drakin and I.)
"This was a mistake," Spyro thought as he stared at himself in the mirror, and what stared back at him was a purple dragon with flabby, basball sized cheeks and two sets of chins.
"This was a really big mistake," he said out loud, biting his thicker lower lip, studying the rest of his obese body.
A knock on the door snapped him out of examining his figure in morbid fascination for a moment, but he went right back to it, saying, "Come in, the door is unlocked."
He heard Cynder's muffled voice from the other end say, "No, Spyro, come out here. You know my ass is too big for the doorframe."
Spyro didn't move at first but then slowly shuffled his way to the door. Every kick of his legs sent his round belly sloshing from side to side as it gurgled with the mass it contained.
When he finally got the door he paused for just a moment, sighing, feeling his round face jiggle, before he opening it.
Cynder stood before him, who looked just as bad as him, if not even worse. It was hard to tell since her domed asscheeks were absolutely massive.
Heck, each cheek was as big as her forner skinny self!
So walking through a doorway was literally the equivalent of having two clones of herself attempt to pass through it at once.
It was physically impossible for her these days, she had quickly realised after getting stuck in the doorframe multiple times.
Now she simply resorted waiting outside if an entrance was too small for her colossal rear.
"Yeah, what's up, Cynder?" Spyro said.
"The guardians want to see us," she said.
"Somehow I'm not surprised," the purple dragon said, shaking his head, feeling his cheeks bounce against his developing jowls.
Slowly he lumbered out of the room and closed the door.
He had to follow behind Cynder as they walked.
There simply wasn't not enough room in the wide hall for them to be side by side and let other traffic pass, and while her huge rear blocked much of the hall, Spyro still watched many dragons who passed them seemed decidedly thicker as well.
