Shall we use a scenario or just goof off without one?
Note: These girls are human, but can morph into their respective Pokémon at will. They can still use most if not all of their abilities and powers while in their human form, but they won't be as powerful as when they are Pokémon.

Scenario One: Kickin' Back in Kanto

The girls kick back and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Kanto region, not knowing that the hotel they're staying in is a little different than other hotels in the area. This hotel wants their customers to either leave over-full, or not at all... You should decide how to interpret that.

Scenario Two: Supersized in Sinnoh
Glace has been kidnapped somewhere in the Sinnoh region, and she is being force-fed to the point of puking. Unfortunately for the group, Clair and Mariah are searching for her, and where this story begins, they are about ten feet from an ambush... What happens is partially up to you.
