What kind of mother would eat her kids? Some would, but in this world, all mothers can. But it does not end how you would think. The biology of women in this world shuts off their digestion when their stomach reaches a certain size, usually at about twice regular size so often even the smallest children would expand their mother's stomach enough to inhibit their digestion. Some mothers do it for fun, others for comfort and closeness, while still others do it for punishment. A mother with the right focus can keep a kid in as long as she wants, while others just let nature take its course.
Also, many mothers practice unbirth and returning their child to the womb. Some do this to protect them, others to feel the closeness they felt while pregnant, and others for sexual thrill. A good percentage of mothers also practice breast vore. These mothers love putting their children right over their heart. Of the three this one is the hardest to do as it requires the most focus. There is a tiny percentage of mothers who also practice anal vore, but they are very rare. Just like with their stomachs, the bodies of women in this world shut down certain immune and digestive responses when others are in their breasts, asses or wombs.
Some kids are lucky enough that their mother practice most or all methods. Unfortunately, there are also those poor kids whose mothers don't do any kind. Very few mothers do not practice it these days. At most three percent of all mothers do not do any form of Vore. Children can be Vored by mothers other than their own, but most children prefer to be inside their own mothers. Many women's bodies can tolerate prey larger than themselves, so it is not uncommon for women to even perform vore on full grown individuals. While Mother Vore is still the primary practice today, it has become a part of many friendships and relationships as well.
Any mother is capable of doing any of the three, but most prefer certain kinds of Mother Vore. Oral is the easiest to perform. Unbirth and Anal Vore are a little tougher, especially for mom's who had C-Sections. Breast Vore is the hardest to do. With practice, any mother can become proficient in any form of Mother Vore, but most mothers stick with what works best for them.
Because of the incestuous nature of Mother Vore, there is less of a taboo on Mother/Child incest in this world as well. While it is not outright legal, most people will turn a blind eye to it. In fact, most boys lose their virginities to their mothers. It is very rare a boy will still be a virgin at when he turns eighteen. It also rare to find a boy whose mother was not his first. This also leads to most boys first acts of intimacy in general, such as their first kiss, being with their mothers. The intimate nature of Mother Vore also leads to much more physical intimacy between mothers and daughters. Even the straightest of girls have some Sapphic experience in life, usually from their mothers.
This also leads to less of a taboo on extended breastfeeding. Many children are breastfed well after toddlerhood. A good percentage of moms still breastfeed their children into their teens. Also because of how common place Mother Vore is, there are few laws against public vore. In most places, Mother Vore is allowed to be performed publicly, but most mothers still prefer to keep it at home. The legal status of public Mother Vore also allows breastfeeding to be done in public in most places as well. There are few places where mothers are not allowed to Vore or breastfeed their children.
The intimate nature of Mother Vore also leads to less taboos about nudity, and especially family nudity. With all but oral vore requiring mothers to bare their bodies, most mothers make no big deal about their children seeing them in various states of undress. Also, most mothers prefer to vore their children unclothed. Out of practicality, a number of Vore Moms sleep naked. This allows children to enter their mom's bodies when they sleep and is also safer for children who may exit their moms while they sleep. Since most children have seen the more intimate parts of their mother's bodies, there is also less taboos on female nudity. The exposure of female genitals is still seen as indecent, but in all but the most conservative towns the baring of female breasts is not seen as lewd, with even television allowed to show naked female breasts. This lesser taboo on nudity has also led to many places allowing women to be topless in public or even allowing for legal public nudity.
Many vore-based concepts have arisen since Mother Vore became common. The most notable of which is Mother Vore Groups. These are get-togethers where Voring Mothers get together and share their Vore experiences and they may even do kid swaps. Also common in this world is Vore Modeling and Vore Porn. Mothers who are Vore Models often do exhibits on various Vore related products. Such products can include clothes for mothers to wear during and after Vore, or lotions for mothers to use for skin health. Almost all of these products are sold in Vore Shops. Vore Porn is of course porn that stars Voring Mothers. Children can be in these films, but only during Vore Scenes. It is still not legal to show children in sexual acts other than Vore. Vore Clubs and Restaurants have also been on the rise, with many strip clubs and restaurants made around Mother Vore.
It was about seventy-five years ago Mother Vore became commonplace. Before that, it was still practiced, though not as openly. It is not known when Mother Vore first was practiced. Mother Vore first became commonplace when the Hungry Moms, the first known Mother Vore Group, began to practice openly. They ate their children wherever, and this got other mothers interested. Soon, campaigns were launched to spread the word and joy of Mother Vore. Five years later, laws were passed and Mother Vore entered the social acceptance it enjoys today.
