Thankfully, it seemed like someone would be coming to your aid shortly as you approached. Though, thankfully wouldn't be the correct word to use due to "who" you would be receiving help from.

You soon arrived to where the girl was, and looked up at her. Seeing that this was a good as an opportunity as any, you made an attempt to call up to her and get her attention to help you. "Hey!"

Up above, Francesca was busy blowing her nose, as her nostrils were practically filled to the brim with massive amounts of snot. "Guh...my nose is so stuffed up today..."

Hopefully your calls for help reach her ears...
