Someone else who is equally new

Name- Khaotic
Powers- None, just a mean streak and a controlling personality. Along with a fearless nature to do nothing but cause terror. As well as a scrappy and unpredictable fighter. These things, along with his knowledge of homemade weapons and ever expendable followers, makes him an adversary not to take lightly.
Strengths- Stealthy when desired.
Weaknesses- Probably that he doesn't have superpowers I would think.
Likes to- Scar and/or torture victims when he feels like not killing them, big fan of classical music and a good book, relatively average in terms of build although quick on his feet and thinks his way out of many situations, constantly whistles when stalking prey, grew up in a loving home, until his parents were murdered before his very eyes. He figured then, if he could not be happy no one could be. Relatively well educated and well spoken when confronting police and superheroes.
