When your eyes regain their focus, you look around to see that you're in what appears to be the Pokemon universe as there are people battling in one area. "Wow the wish actually came true." you say to yourself as you start to walk around.
As you're walking around the area, you notice that it looks like you're in an actual anime rather than being in a real world version of the Pokemon universe although you still appear to be your real self.
During your little walk you don't even pay attention to what's going on in front of you and you happen to bump into somebody which knocks you down. "Sorry about that." you say to them as you stand up to look at who you bumped into.
