It had started very simply, Hermione had found a spell that would teach Harry just what it felt like to be a slave like a house elf. That would teach him to take his SPEW Membership more seriously. She had waited until the most embarrassing time possible, when the common room had been most full of people, right after dinner. She had then cast the spell on her friend and she had watched as his eyes had glazed over before they returned to normal. Right after she had cast the spell Harry had kneeled before her and shouted out loud, "Mistress Hermione I am your ever-loving slave, how may I serve you?"
Everyone in the common room had laughed causing Harry to blush as Hermione chuckled before responding, "Hm, well first of all I want you to tell me when you need to go to the bathroom, in the meantime why don't you give me a back-rub?" Harry, still blushing, had responded "Yes Mistress Hermione," and stood behind Hermione's chair giving her a back-rub.
It had been half an hour before Harry had spoken, saying, "Mistress Hermione I need to pee and poop," which just made everyone in the common roof start laughing again. Hermione had then smiled, grabbing Harry by the ear and dragging him out to the middle of the common room before she said, "Beg me Harry, beg me to let you go wee-wee and poo-poo in your pants." Harry, his eyes wide, had tried to resist but found himself saying, "Mistress Hermione, please let me go pee-pee and poo-poo in my pants!" Everyone in the common room had laughed as Hermione put her hand against Harry's butt and shouted, "Of course you may go potty in your pants dear."
Harry had started crying as he felt his bladder relax against his wishes and he soaked his pants, the growing stain spreading down his pant legs as he continued to pee without any control. The whole common room had laughed as Harry peed until his bladder was empty at which point he was standing in a puddle of urine. Harry's face grew red and he grunted as he began to push the hot, mushy, stinky mess out into his pants. Hermione smiled as she felt the growing bulge in the back of Harry's pants as he continued to poop his pants. The whole common room laughed as little Colin Creevey ran up and asked Hermione if she would spank Harry for having an accident in his pants. Hermione had smiled eagerly and said, "Why what a good idea Colin, Harry I want you to tell me that you want a spanking for being a big stupid baby." Harry, the tears now falling freely down his face said, "Mistress Hermione, please spank me for being a big stupid Baby."
Hermione had laughed before saying, "Alright, bend over Harry and grab your toes." Harry did so as Hermione started spanking his messy bottom. Harry cried as Hermione continued to spank his ass mercilessly.
Finally, after an hour Hermione was finished and she said, "Alright Harry, now lay down on the floor and wait while I go get you your new clothes since you were such a baby in your old ones." Harry nodded, too tired to even cry anymore and lay down on the floor as Hermione went to get Harry's special clothes from her room.
Hermione returned to find Ron spanking Harry and she laughed before stunning Ron saying, "Sorry Ronald but Harry is mine." She then removed Harry's clothes, pausing to spank his crotch a few times before showing Harry what she'd brought down, a diaper and a mini-skirt. "Harry," said Hermione with fake sweetness in her voice, "Please beg me to diaper you." Harry had no choice as he found himself saying against his control, "Please diaper me Mistress Hermione." Hermione smiled and powdered Harry before taping the diaper on landing a few spanks to Harry's butt as she did. She then made Harry stand up and step into the mini-skirt before she pulled it up to his waste.
