The warm sun beat down from the clear blue sky as you and your family drive along the seemingly empty highway "dad when are you going to get there?" you ask feeling rather hot in the car "not long Kev" your dad says as the sign for Alnwyk passes by father fast "new town and new friends" Nick moans while staring at the big buildings of the city, your car drives along the bustling streets as everyone looks at you passing by.
You finally reach the home you will be living in a fairly nice sized home with front porch "not bad" you say with a smile as you venture up to the front door your mum opens it and you walk in and make a dash for the bedrooms to get first pick "i call the bedroom at the far hall" you yell in delight just as Nick and Emma walk upstairs you yell out "I got my room slow coaches" Nick grumbles as he picks any room nearby and Emma takes the room nearest the bathroom leaving your parents with the standard room for parents after you finish you all venture downstairs and start making plans to explore the town.
*3 months later*
The family has settled in and know most of the town the day has been rather boring for you and your brother and sister so you all decide to turn in early for the night, the following morning you wake up and venture down stares and decide to make some breakfast and watch some TV "man this town is so boring nothing but crap around here" you mumble out loud as Emma walks downstairs scratching her head and yawning "morning bro" she says after yawning "fancy checking out the arcade later?" she asks, you lift your head up as she says this "arcade? they have an arcade?" she nods with a smile and you chuckle a little "sure lets go around lunch" Emma nods and flicks on the TV "how long till the others wake up?" you ask Emma shrugs as you sit down next to her waiting for everyone else to wake up but unknown to you something has happened over night to one of your parents
