Grant walked up to Julie while she was watching his mom's shows and was able to put on the wig without her knowing. Then Grant started his plan.
"Hey, Julie I want you to act like your normal self. However, starting now, You will become the mama bear of this family, and you will enjoy it. Cleaning, cooking, helping out with homework you will take pride in. And there is nothing a mama bear loves more than helping her family. Our family. You will not miss your family, instead you will miss this family when we are not around. In fact, you will love the power that comes with being the mama bear of this family. You will embrace the mother life. Also since you are dating me you will have a soft spot for me." With that Grant took off the wig. and Julie started to zone back in.
Julie's POV
"Oh hey Grant, sorry I must have zoned out there for a second". Julie started to stand up. Then Julie started to stand up and she saw Grant's eyes. He was just so cute. And special. And precious. In that moment Julie just felt the urge to him how much she loved him and how she'd always be there for him. She grabbed his hair gently and told him. "Hey, sorry I don't tell you this enough but I love you and I'm always here for you". and with that, she gave him a kiss on the forehead. Julie gave Grant a quick look, She remembered when he was in elementary school, and how small he was, and how big he now was. But he was still growing, and if he was going to do well on that math test, he shouldn't have to study on an empty stomach. "Hey, do you want something to eat while you study?".
Julie saw Grant starting to smile.
"Actually Julie, should you make some for my whole family?" Grant started to laugh a bit. Bet he's laughing cause he can't believe what an amazing girlfriend he has that'll cook for him. Julie then started to think. "We'll I guess Ryan and Ashley would need energy for studying too" Julie replied.
Julie started cooking spaghetti and meatballs for the family, wanting them to have a healthy meal. When Grant's and Ryan's mom came home she was stunned by the scene in her kitchen. Dinner, ready for when she came home. Julie started to grow on her. After 20 minutes Julie was finally done. She texted Grant about dinner being ready. Ashley and Ryan came rushing down the stairs. Screaming out Julies name. So Cute. Julie thought, Ashley talked how she wanted to play princesses with her and how she needed to help her with homework. Ryan talked about how much he loved monster trucks and how he needed one when he was big. Julie just giggled. Then came down Grant's mom, in sweatpants and a hoodie. Strange, I've never seen her dressed like that. Julie thought. "So, Ashley was just saying that she needed help with homework-" Julie started to say and then was cut off.
"Do you want to help Ashley?"
Julie was caught off guard, this was no way how a mother was suppose to act. "Umm, I mean sure".
Finally Grant's Dad came in with Grant by his side. He was so relived to see you doing the dishes after dinner and helping Ashley out with her homework. He called you a lifesaver which really flattered you. You reminded him that his dinner was in the fridge.
The last hour was spent at Grant's house playing princess and reading a bedtime story to Ryan about Monster Trucks. Julie really enjoyed bringing a smile to Ryan's face while reading a story, and hearing about Ashley's elementary school crush.
Finally she kissed Grant goodbye and went to her car and started to drive off. She couldn't believe how other kids at her school hated their boyfriends siblings. In fact she felt like she was abounding them. By the time Julie got home she was crying. She just went up to her room and called Grant making sure everything was ok. Julie was relieved to learn that they were all safe, but got really upset when Grant said his mom wouldn't be making them lunches for school anymore. Julie resided to get up a 5 AM and drive to Grants house to make sure her boyfriends and his siblings would have lunches made with love.
Grant's POV
Grant did not expect the day to turn out like that. He was not expecting Julie to be so emotional when she got home. Grant thought about the changes he made to his family. First he made Ryan a momma's boy but instead of his mother, Ryan now really wanted to impress Julie. Then he made Ashley think that Julie is the best mom in the world, and that she was the happiest ever if Julie overtook Mom duties. He then made sure that his siblings would start to think of their mom as the annoying older sister type and to keep Julie's mothering a secret if she were to overtake duties. Then Grant made his mom want to pursue her dreams and start to dislike her role of mom in the family. Grant then nugged to his mom that she'd happy to give up her role as mom, even if it meant that she would be treated as a sibling in the family (He even told her to be a bit rebellious with Julie as the new mom). Finally Grant convinced his dad that there needed to be a mom role in the family and that Julie would be perfect for it. He also made sure that he liked them sleeping in the same bed.
After that, Grant started to drift off to sleep.
