No not for the first minion, but he was definitely on the list she could not let such power be turned against her. so of course she would have to look elsewhere for her target.The easiest place to start her search would be Green Hill Zone. Blaze would often visit there though no one knew why. of course Blaze's visits there were erratic to say the least. The more certain method would be to try Station Square. As Blaze was known to visit the stores there fairly frequent, but that would be much more exposed.
