Go looking for her on her own.

No Blaze by herself would be difficult to subdue if something went wrong. If her friends interfered Rouge could find her plans over before they start. The easiest place to start her search would be Green Hill Zone. Blaze would often visit there though no one knew why. of course Blaze's visits there were erratic to say the least. The more certain method would be to try Station Square. As Blaze was known to visit the stores there fairly frequent, but that would be much more exposed.
