You gently take off his shirt very slowly without him waking up. You then raise his arms up and tie them to the head board. You move down to his feet and tie them to the end of the bed, leaving his black shoes and black socks on. Now he is just in red basketball shorts and his footwear.

You wake him up by gliding your fingers on his stomach cause him to giggle.

"Heheehehe," he giggles while waking up. He pulls at the restraints. "What's going on?"

"Well you know how you said the you were extremely ticklish?"

His eyes widen with terror. "Please, please don't tickle me. I'll do anything you want just please, don't tickle me."

"Now come on David. You're a big star. You can't be afraid of a little...tickling!"

As you say "tickling" you spider your fingers all over his pale stomach.

"Hahahahahahahahaa sthahahahaop STOP!"

You don't stop, you keep tickling making him go wild with laughter.
