Scenario 1: Desperate to make herself less shy and gain Naruto's attention, she uses a scroll with instructions for a special technique. The scroll says it's a technique that's supposed to make people more assertive, which sounds perfect to Hinata. It certain does it's job, but a bit too well. Hinata goes from shy and sweet, to loud and bossy in a short time. Though there's also a strange side effect of increasing her hunger and lust as her personality changes. Eventually when Naruto finally confronts Hinata about the sudden changes in personality and weight, but refuses to go back to her old self. Instead, she decides that Naruto should be her plaything and begins torturing the poor boy.
Scenario 2: An old foe of Naruto's decides to take revenge on Naruto by using a powerful jutsu to turn one of Naruto's friends against him. They use the jutsu on Hinata and she quickly falls under their influence. The jutsu causes Hinata to gain weight that will make her strong and powerful, and then also alter her personality so that she'll want to torture Naruto for the one who placed the jutsu on her. Hinata torments Naruto in numerous ways while the villain responsible watches them from afar or joins in and helps Hinata with the torture.
