Okay here's a couple of scenarios to pick from.

1) Porkchop the dog from nickelodeon's Doug animated series considers himself the heaviest cartoon dog ever seen weighing in at 1400lbs. After all it isn't everyday that one gets to see him heavily walking around the city of Bluffington itself.

2) K-9 the martian dog from warner bros animation comes in a close second on the heaviest cartoon animal list weighing in at 1300lbs. After all K-9 constantly dreams of being known the heaviest sumo wrestler ever seen.
