A girl named Cecilia Carter, who just turned 21 today. Her black hair divided into two pigtails, which hung over her breasts. She tapped her tip of her boots against the side of bar as she took a sip of the lychee martinee. Her brown eyes scanned the half crowded bar, boredom and impatiently flashed across her eyes. She had been in the place for awhile now, at least hour.
The bartender came over to her, "You here alone?"
She sighed and replied, "yes".
"Well, it just seems sad for a pretty girl like you to be all alone in a place like this," the bartender replied.
"Yeah, well, I thought I was lookin' for some action tonight, but I guess it won't be from here." she laughed. Cecilia finished her drink with a little smile to the bartender and they each said goodnight.
The bar was so thick with smoke, she thought the fresh air would do her some good anyway. Her black boots splashed in little puddles of water as she walked down the dark, empty street. It seemed so quiet, too quiet. She began to get the feeling someone was following her. She picked up the pace with her boots clicking against the pavement. There was a big neon sign up ahead that read "Special Opts." She walked faster 'til she could reach the door and quickly dashed inside.
It was very dimly lit with black lights on the walls. "Welcome," said a small oriental-looking man. Cecilia said "Hello," hesitantly.
"Let me know if I can....assist you....in any way," the man said in a raspy, creepy tone. There were shelves littered with little glass vials. On the wall was a sign saying, "Transformation Serums."
"Who can afford this stuff?" she accidentally asked out loud. The little man walked over to her, "You'd be surprised! But....there are always, other ways you can try the serum. Each time a new one comes out, they let someone try it for free. All for the publicity, of course! Would you like to sample one of their new serums?"
