Your name is Matt Smith, an undercover police officer. With the advent of TF technology, the world changed... Criminals were quick in exploiting the new technology. Now, most reported crimes are identity theft and fraud. Less murders but many more mysterious dissapearances. People aren't just killed these days, they're trapped in new bodies and placed somewhere far from help.

Luckily, law enforcement has been quick to counteract this new brand of crime, training law enforcers with the new technology.
