Let's give this some more detail about the results. In the second and third choices, only Link remembers the original timeline.
Choice One: Zelda suddenly starts seeing Link as her master, with absolute loyalty to him, and unable to have negative feelings about him enslaving her or any orders he gives her.
Choice Two: Reality is changed so that the moment Link was born, it was discovered that he was the newest incarnation of the Legendary Hero. In this reality, Zelda's father was misogynistic, and decided in order to reward that hero for repeatedly saving the world in his previous incarnations, made Link his heir, and used the magic power he had to enslave Zelda (who is a couple of months younger than him in this reality) on the day of her birth to be Link's obedient slave, who can't think negatively about Link for anything he does.
Choice Three: Zelda, the very day after Link defeated Calamity Ganon, felt it wasn't fair that the Hero of Hyrule did not receive enough of a reward in her opinion for everything he went through, as well as feeling guilty about how she treated him early on, and that he was noble enough to be willing to throw his life away for hers, and thus decided to reward him by creating a spell that binds the user to the will of the target, and makes the new slave unable to even consider disobeying their master, unless they believe that following the orders put the master in danger, or conflicts with another order given.
