Dave clicked on the "Other" button, which brought up another line of prompts. "Photographed, Animated, Printed, Illustrated".
"Weird." Dave thought to himself. "Lets see what Illustrated is."
Dave clicked the button and a flashing cursor appeared upon the screen and a few more prompts followed. "Hand Painted, Pen and Ink, Digitally Colored."
"Hmm... lets see what Digitally Colored does." Upon clicking the button another prompt flashed across the screen, along with the words: Unit ready for input. Proceed.
"Input? Does it mean I should put some sort of Digitally Colored image into it's memory?" Dave scanned his room and his eyes settled on a stack of comic books on the floor near his bed. Those were digitally colored for sure, he'd try those.
The one at the top of the stack was an older Spiderman comic with a cover clustered with numerous characters from the series, including Spiderman himself, various villains and a sexy rendition of his wife Mary Jane in the background. Dave pointed the device in his hands at the cover of the comic and pushed the Digitally Covered option.
The device clicked and whirred for a second and then the screen flashed again. When it ceased a listing of what it had scanned popped up, much to Daves surprise. "Please decide upon available choices: Male Superhero 1 Spiderman, Male Villain 1 Venom, Male Villain 2 Kingpin, Male Villain 3 Doctor Octopus, Male Villain 4 Scorpion, Female Supporting Character Mary Jane Watson.
