You sat on the edge of your bed, still overcoming the unpleasant taste of the golden drop's poor flavor. Your legs batted against the hard metal rim of the bed and your hands drummed along the knees that shifted beneath them. Anticipation potent and covered with anxiety fueled your imagination and your body as the time lapsed by. You felt or witnessed no changes for quite sometime, but it was only when the flavor faded and your kicking died with your enthusiasm that something began to occur. A small white light glimmered in front of you, just at the foot of your door. You squinted your eyes to gather focus on the bizarre illumination and as you ready to take a step toward it, a force pushed against you both from the outside and inside of your chest. Relapsing for a breath of air you hunkered back onto the bed, grasping at your chest with fear. Unable to gather upon any breath, you merely focused on the light that began to swell and spiral out of control like a typhoon of light. It began to nova but as you look away it seemed to follow your eyes and as if lost in your own body you fall backward seeing only the light and feeling only the touch of a soft blanket.
You opened your eyes shortly after the perplexing sensation, a small hand laying limp in front of your eyes that twitched as you moved. Beneath it lay long hair which led quite assuredly toward and around your face. You began to sit up...
