Bailey looks around to see if I am out of sight of him. He quickly takes one of the vials and downs it all in one huge gulp. An immediate dizziness falls over him as soon as he drinks it. Steadying himself on the table, he regains his balance.
I return from the men's room. "Okay, so you are here to be my assistant." I go on to explain to him all his duties as my assistant. "Make sure you don't touch anything without proper protective gear. Wouldn't want you to get hurt now. Absolutely do NOT take anything out of the lab. We need everything in this controlled environment. A lot of my stuff is top secret, so I don't want you blabbing to friends about it either."
Bailey seems to be cheering up a bit now. "Thanks for hiring me doc! I won't let you down!" Bailey flashes a grin, showing his perfect looking white teeth.
I clean up the lab a bit and am all ready to lock up. I see then, that one of my vials is missing. "Weird... I thought I had 3 vials of serum out here. Oh well..." I lock up walking with Bailey out to the parking lot. "Take care. See you tomorrow." As I say goodbye to bailey, I notice that he seems more muscled than when I hired him. He must be on a rigorous training plan...
"Night Doc." Bailey hops into his car and drives home for the night. Little did I know what would happen to him overnight.
Bailey arrives home, dead tired. He goes into his house and manages to make it to his room before collapsing onto his bed and passing out.
