Uncle takes Jackie, Jade, and Tohru to see a show being put on by his old opera troop, which is now led by his old friend 'Beetle Brow'. Jade takes serious interest in the performance, where two warriors pass through the wall using special makeup.
Jackie, preparing for an important exhibit that night, finds the two warriors stealing priceless artifacts. One gets a black eye during the ensuing chase, but when Jackie wipes off his makeup, no black eye.
Jade discovers the real crooks using the makeup, and tells Jackie. The two sneak onto the stage and do battle with the scoundrels, and reveal them to be crooks after smashing open a prop they hid their loot inside. Uncle says goodbye to his old friend, and hopes to see him again soon.
