James still couldn't decide if this was really happening or was just a dream. He decided he should just go to bed and then he would be able to tell in the morning if this was real.
James slept about as well as he ever does, and in the meantime has almost completely forgotten about his phone and about its powers. Suddenly he is awoken by his parents and sister screaming "Happy Birthday Jimmu!". Startled, he scratched his head as to why they called him Jimmu. Upon getting up and seeing himself in the mirror, he suddenly remembered that he had transformed his race.
He quickly got on the computer and researched the name, and realized that it was a Japanese name. So he must be Japanese. He thought it was odd that the rest of his family looked exactly the same as before though.
He went downstairs, and was greeted by his favorite breakfast and a small pile of birthday presents. His mom smiled at him and said that she was so happy that they had adopted him and that he just made their life complete. He tried to act like everything was normal, which was hard because his mind was wandering about how everything at school will be different for him.
