Still kissing, they slowly sank down until they were both lying on the ground. Hannah stopped suddenly and sat up once more.
'I don't know Luis, I don't think I'm ready for this.'she said regretfully.
Luis looked at her for a while and she hoped he understood what she was saying.
'We agreed we'd take this slow.' he reminded her. Putting his arm around her they sat there looking at the river.
'I mean, I do want this...' Hannah said, blushing furiously, 'But I don't think I'm ready for it.'
'I sort of feel the same way.' he murmured in her ear. 'I want this to be special, and this is wonderful but... I can wait.'
Hannah smiled at him and they kissed again.
'At least we can still do that.' She said.
Luis stood and pulled her to her feet.
'Come on, I'll drive you home.'
