Ichigo and Rukia came to Ichigo’s home after dealing with an hollow
While Ichigo went market to get the groceries, Rukia Sat on the Desk reading a Book about “human fetishes” Removing her Shoes and exposing her Sock covered feet that was drowning with sweat.
When Ichigo entered the Room, he noticed Rukia was gone and saw her Shoes, Ichigo saw a chance to Smell Rukia's Shoes while she was gone and slided under the table and started sniffing Rukia's Shoes.
After 15 minutes Rukia Returned and sat back on the chair as she Streched her Socked foot, Ichogo noticed Rukia's socked foot was in his face. Ichigo hadn't made any effort to move away he was just lying there while Rukia's socked foot was in his face.
"Ichigo?" He heard Rukia call out to him, --Ichigo literally didn’t utter a word and remained under Rukia’s socked foot. Ichigo slowly looked at Rukia's face go from shocked to curious,
Rukia thoughtfully started running her socked foot across Ichigo’s face, slowly and delicately at first, then a bit more firmly. Eventually Rukia's socked foot descended enough to leave both his eyes free, only her toes remained in contact with Ichigo's nose.
"Ichigo do you have a foot fetish?"
Ichigo tried to speak. "Rukia, I -"
The ball of her foot now pressing tightly against Ichigo's lips. "Quiet," Rukia said.
Rukia swung her left socked foot to join the other on Ichigo's face. Rukia positioned her socked feet against Ichigo’s cheek and then Rukia feet landed flat on Ichigo’s face, squashing against his eyes, nose, and lips.

Ichigo laid there breathing Rukia’s Socked foot stink, Rukia wasn't actively running her feet across Ichigo's face, just planted them on Ichigo’s face and kept them there while Rukia read her book.

Rukia jammed her foot inside Ichigo’s mouth. Ichigo tasted all the cheese with the saltiness of Rukia's foot. It felt disgusting, but only initially then it was the greatest thing Ichigo could ever taste.
"Isn't that great?" asked Rukia, knowing Ichigo couldn't say anything with her foot in his mouth. Rukia wrapped her other foot around the back of Ichigo’s head to keep him in place. "Keep on sucking ichigo, i know you love it!"
Rukia removed both her feet from Ichigo’s mouth and said, Ichigo kiss my feet.
Ichigo started kissing Rukia’s one foot, then the other. Ichigo softly kissed the heel, the arch and instep, the ball of each foot, and one by one Rukia’s toes. Ichigo savored Rukia's each foot, and every part of it, over and over. Rukia’s soles were delicious, also a little salty and cheesy but mostly they just tasted good to Ichigo.
Rukia: Ichigo start Licking my feet, i know you wanted that Ichigo.
Ichigo brought his tongue out licked Rukia's heels and started to suck on it. Being trapped in her thick socks and shoes made Rukia's feet sweaty and pungent in smell and taste. Ichigo's tongue traversed every wrinkle of Rukia’s feet and sucked all the sweat of her soles.
While Ichigo slobbered over Rukia's soles, Rukia was in a state of relaxation. The feeling of Ichigo's tongue running along every inch of her feet was far away from Rukia's attention.
Ichigo turned to Rukia's toes and started to suck on them. It was between the toes where Ichigo's tongue explored which held the most of the incredible sweaty taste and toe jam that Ichigo craved. Ichigo wrapped his lips around one of the Rukia's big toes and sucked on it, Ichigo couldn't take his tongue away from those feet. Soon Rukia's feet became covered in a layer of Ichigo’s saliva.
Rukia: Now stop Ichigo, I really enjoyed every bit of it and so do you, next time i will make my feet super stinky just for you Ichigo, maybe call some other girl to koin us.
Ichigo: Thankyou Rukia, for letting me smell and worship your feet.
Rukia: ohh Ichigo don’t say thanks, i am your friend and i can do anything to satisfy your foot fetish, by the way Ichigo you looked super cute when you sucked my toes.
Ichigo’s face got little bit red as he took Rukia's feet and placed on his face and started to kiss all over her soles.
