The Entity walked into the indoor gym where the students were playing basketball. Actually, the boys were trying to play a basketball game, but the girls were supposed to run on the track outside but couldn’t because it was raining, so they had to share the gym with the boys. There were about 8 boys and 6 girls in all there.
Most of the boys were about the same height or taller than the girls and almost all of the girls were shorter than the boys, so the girls didn’t stand a chance against the boys in basketball.
The Entity could hear some of the girls complaining about how unfair it was that the girls had to play against the boys who were all bigger, stronger and taller than the girls.
So, the Entity decided to even the score a little. He decided that all the girls in the class would be the same height or even taller than the boys. In fact, all girls at this school would grow by an entire foot in height!
Every girl in the gym let out a soft moan as their legs grew longer by a whole foot, making each girl much taller. Most of them were well over six feet tall!
Suddenly, the girls were playing much better than the boys! They were blocking shots, stealing the ball, and they were scoring. The boys suddenly felt smaller and weaker, since every boy was now looking up to the girls on the basketball court! However, the changes were very dramatic. All the girls in the entire school had grown, so every boy started to feel small compared to the bigger, towering girls!
“So, you guys think you can beat us now?” one of the girls sneered, as she looked down at one of the shorter boys.
The boys couldn’t believe it. How did the girls get so tall?
The Entity laughed it up as he walked by the workout room.
