A Small Hunger

Cream walked though the garden near her house with glee as the summer sun shone on her. Not a cloud was in the sky. Cream played outside until her stomach growled in hunger. "Oh, I must be very hungry! I haven't eaten all day!" she said as she ran inside her house. Her mother was in the living room reading a magazine called 'Mothers Weekly'. When Cream came in she said, "Mommy? Can I have something to eat?"

Vanilla simply nodded and said, "Of course dear! But don't eat too much or it'll spoil you dinner later." Cream went in the kitchen and found...
