You got pulled into her womb and passed out, when she had time she went into the girls toilets to find you.

She searched with her fingers put couldn't feel you, so she pulled you panties back up and continued with school.

When you came back around you found yourself in a dark wet place but you didn't know where you where.

You screamed for help and your sister heard you in her head, she spoke to you and asked where were you? You said you don't know but it's dark and warm.

You were so warm you took your clothes off everything and then noticed something coming after you and you couldn't escape it and it attached it's self to your belly button.

You told your sister and it was then she realised where you were.

What did she do?
