Short, light blue fur began to grow all over the panicked Damon's body. "Mew, It's nice of you to want things to be fair, but I don't want to be a Mew too!"
"Really?" Mew said, seeming surprised. "Your heart seems to say you want this really badly."
Damon's nose and mouth adjusted slightly, looking more like Mew by the minute. "It does?"
"I couldn't change you into one if you didn't have both a pure heart and a desire to see everybody's true potential."
Damon started to recognize Mew's psychic "voice" as being female, but he wasn't sure how. He realized he was starting to shrink significantly as well. "Yeah, but still," he said, "I have a lot too worry about! My friends, family, and my Pokemon partners!" By this point, he had reached one foot in height and grown a tail about as long as he was.
Mew just giggled. "Give up on...? Don't be silly Damon!"
His hands and feet shank to stubby paws, and finally his eyes and ears grew to a cute size. "What do you mean?" He asked.
"I'll show you!" Mew said. She started concentrating, and suddenly, all of her thoughts and memories flooded into Damon's head. The sights, the sounds, and the knowledge of how to use every Pokemon form and move, and thousands of years of experience, all would have overwhelmed Damon as a human, but as a Mew, handling all this seemed natural. Plus, he found that he could take human form as well.
"Wow..." Damon said in awe of it all. He rushed up and hugged Mew. "THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!" he mentally shouted with glee. "This is amazing! I can't wait to show all my Pokemon and family this!"
Mew laughed, grabbed his paws and spun around with him. "You're welcome, but can we play first?"
"Sure!" Damon said. "What game do you want to play?"
