cut something else off

You ask her to cut her feet off.

When she says "OK honey", you put her feet into the guillotine hole and let the blade come down. When her feet reach the floor her feet come free from her flip-flops.

You pick up her feet and play with them a little. Then she says "I've got some work honey, you can play with my feet while I prepare the dinner.".

You agree with her and put both of the feet on the table and help your mom to go to the kitchen. Then you came back and see someone in the garage. Who could it be?
