Your sister Emily takes a look at her hands, "hmm..." Before she sticks one of her hands into the guillotine. She then sticks it in the guillotine's hole and chops it off. She retrieves it from the basket and stares at it.

"Hey Em," you ask, "why did you chop off your hand?"
