You looked around the room for something you could use. You grabbed an old Teddy Ruxpin doll from when you were a kid and your iPhone. Both seemed like a bit of a stretch, but your sister's brain seemed to attach to the toy just fine, as did your girlfriend's to the phone.
The Teddy Ruxpin opened its eyes.
"What happened?" She asked in Teddy's oddly familiar voice.
"Something went wrong." You answered.
Your sister realized she had limited movement. She could only move as the doll was designed. She was at least glad she could talk. "This is sort of disturbing. Could you try and fix this? Where's your girlfriend?"
You looked at your phone. You were a little more worried. You weren't quite sure how your girlfriend was doing. You tried calling her; it went to voicemail. You sent a text; nothing. Then you decide to ask Siri, "Hey, are you in there?"
"Yes, it's me. What happened with that guillotine?" She spoke in Siri's robotic voice.
"Something went wrong." You answered again. "Any thoughts?"
"We should try again. But could you leave me like this for about a half hour? My brain has direct access to the entire internet, and right now it's just absorbing everything!"
"She can stay, but I want back." Your sister butted in, "Ask her if there's any advice on this online."
"Did you get that?" You ask her.
"Yes. This is apparently not the first instance of this. Here's what to do..."
