Something nagged me in the back of my head, telling me that don't go. I hesitated, and suddenly the dragon-like creature snapped at me, I rolled back instantly. I was angry and my eyes shifted color, from the usual sea green into a electric blue. I yell:" Are you trying to KILL me!!??"
Annabeth looked at me confused(I know she's just acting) and said:"What do you mean?"
I feel adrenalin pumping through my veins, I certainly want to kill this girl, no matter how hot she is.
I charged at her and thrust my blade at her.Clang! My blade hit a hard obstacle that blocked my blow. I looked at that obstacle, it was the dragon's teeth. Then in a split second, one of the dragon's head snapped at me, again. I barely dodged it and it cut my cheek slightly, leaving a small cut right below my right eye. Annabeth gasped and backed away, she look stunned (God knows why), and I attacked her, throwing my sword hilt at her. It was blocked again by the dragon. Annabeth recovered from the shock and started attacking me again.
After a while I just couldn't take two people fighting me, and I started backing away. I dodged the dragon's bared fangs by just mere inches by bending down, and suddenly a dagger appeared out of nowhere and proceeded towards my heart. The moment before it touched me, a strong force pushed Annabeth and the dragon's heads back. I was safe, for now.
I turned around and saw a huge man behind me, I let out a scream. The man smiled and boomed:" Lyner, I am from the Organization, we are enemies of them," he pointed at Annabeth and the dragon." Come and join us."
"No, don't Lyner!! They are the evil ones, not us!" Annabeth shouted.
" Ah, Annabeth, Luke wanted me to say hello to you. He is also in the Organization." The guy chuckled.
"What... Lu..Luke....Luke?" Annabeth muttered.
The guy turned to me and asked :" What's your choice?"
I weighted the options. This guy saved me, and Annabeth tried to kill me. But I still kinda like Annabeth, despite she tried to kill me. Something in the back of my mind tells me to run away from them both.
