Sighing for a bit Rise laid back upon her bed. Listening to the rainfall while staring at the ceiling above she ultimately came to a decision.
She was on hiatus, had put on a few pounds, and figured that the cruelty shown by her friends in her dream would not mirror reality Souji and the others were her friends after all no way would they abandon her just for becoming "pleasantly plump".
There was that and the quick vision of her shadow seemed strange to her. Despite the clear image it didn't say anything unlike the previous time instead it smiled and seemingly disappeared harmlessly. It puzzled Rise a bit, was the shadow simply trying to relay a message without resorting to the cruel intent from before?
As Naoto had explained, shadows worked off a human's inner desires but took them to an extreme degree so was it trying to tell her that somewhere inside her she wanted to gain and in the process would be happier?
Guess it wouldn't hurt she thought with a semi-smile.
Screw dieting and eating constant low-fat food, she'd break free and binge on whatever she wanted. No need to restrain herself now. Plus if her recent gain had meant anything she would put on the poundage in all the right places and she giggled imagining that Souji would really enjoy embracing a plumper curvier Rise.
Grinning like a cunning cat Rise went back to bed. In her mind Risette was about to get BIGGER then she ever was before...
The next morning came and Rise was actually surprised no one had phoned her about the midnight channel, Yosuke and Naoto were usually the first ones on the draw but this time nothing. Again she found her shadow's appearance strange had her friends all missed it somehow or was it just contacting her personally?
No clear answer came to mind so shrugging it aside as she changed from her night attire into her usual student clothing, of course it was a bit tighter then usual. Rise then went to get herself some breakfast. No more restrains she reminded herself.
If anything else Rise was a woman of her word. After scarfing down a plate filled with eggs, several pieces of buttered toast, strips of bacon, and two sausage patties Rise said goodbye to her amused grandmother. The elderly woman had never seen her granddaughter take in so much food at one time but figured she was a growing girl after all and it would help shape her more into that of a woman.
Rise exited her home/family shop poking away at her slightly bigger belly. She giggled at the sensation of how soft it was and how when done digesting it would puff up her body shape. Eying the local General Store Rise remembered the delicious candy the neighborhood children often bought that was sold there. She smiled just before entering the shop...
Rise chomped away at the piece of chocolate candy, as she finished she tossed the wrapper into a nearby trash can. Placing a hand on her belly Rise realized it had shrunk a bit her now tighter attire pretty much confirmed this. She estimated her morning feast alone added another five to ten pounds more on her. Given her attire it would be hard to make out, although she'd have to be a bit more careful with her skirt, and with a less puffy tummy no one should question her about her sudden gain.
Rise preferred to keep it that way for the time being.
'No need to tell anyone anything right now.' she thought just as the school bell rang.
