What causes it?

You have a quirk which allows you to morph your body into objects.

You get caught in the crossfire of a battle between heroes and villains, getting hit with a quirk that causes you to be transformed and are later picked up by one of the heroes or villains, or turned into one of their uniforms without their knowledge.
