Corpse city

You find yourself standing in an apartment on the 5th floor. "Did...did I just get pulled into the dvd?" You ask as you walk over to the window and open it. You look down and are horrified to see corpses laying all over the street and a few hanging from buildings. You close the window and fall down into a nearby chair. What will you do?
