Dressed in the new outfit given to her by Natural Growth, Miku wandered into the gym, feeling the strange, new fabric shifting across her skin as she moved. It tickled a little, the texture of the fabric something completely unknown to her, sending shivers down her spine as it slid across her skin. Suppressing a giggle in this strange, new wardrobe, she wandered into the home gym, turning on the lights and exposing a plethora of equipment, from cardio machines such as treadmills and ellipticals to full blown weight lifting sets and entire racks dedicated to weight training. There were even special places for Gakupo to practice swordsmanship, and for the girls to normally take yoga or other supposedly less-intensive workouts. But that wasn't what Miku wanted this time. To make this work, this contract, she had to think like a bodybuilder and as such the weights were the first thing on her mind. walking over to them and looking at the great round disks that comprised them, she furrowed her brow. "I guess I'll have to figure out where I'm at here...probably not too far up there...oh! But first, the shake."

Taking the mint-flavored shake she brought with her, she popped the lid and started to chug, gulping down the rather delicious, thick contents as if it were water. The taste was amazing for one of these health shakes; they didn't usually taste like the real thing! But no, this Bulk-UP shake tasted like it was fresh out of the ice cream shoppe. It was amazing...and before she knew it, the deliciously thick shake was gone. Pouting a little, she put the empty bottle in the nearby trash, blowing a lock of her loose aqua hair out of her face before stepping onto the workout mats. A bit nervous about having never done this before, she went over to the weight rack and took out two ten pound dumbells, hefting them in each of her arms and feeling their weight. Clutching their handles gently, she started to pump, the feeling completely unfamiliar to her. It was something unnatural, more reserved for those fitness freaks Miku had seen before on TV. Yet here she was, doing it for a contract.

The first minute or so of the exercise went without incident. She could feel the burn, the weights driving her underworked muscles to their limits, the idol already starting to grunt a little at the effort of each bicep curl. Fingers gripped the handles stronger, trying hard not to let go of the weights as she worked. IT was when she was about five minutes in that things started to change. Firstly, the pain vanished. Her soreness disappeared almost instantly, and instead, it felt better. The burn was still there, but it wasn't a harsh burn; it was hot, and tingled in a good way that made her purse her lips and coo. Shivering about for a minute, she groaned as she continued to pump, the warm feeling moving from her arms to her whole body. Second, as her aqua eyes opened, she watched her arms. They began to stretch, and grow, and suddenly before she knew it they were already quite defined. The rest of her body was like that too, growing more and more toned every second the longer she pumped.

And it had only been fifteen minutes since she drank the shake. Yelping at the growth as she looked at herself in the mirror, she dropped the weights with a clatter, breathing hard. This wasn't natural...to grow this fast. and to feel so good. Glancing at her new, fit body, she gave an exasperated sigh. "Oh...no..."
