Phineas gave a small smile, and grabbed Isabella's ankle. Setting it on his lap, he looked over at Isabella, who had her eyes shut.

He began to quickly scramble his fingers over her white sock, causing her to go into a fit of giggles.

"HeeheeheeheePhineashahahahaThatfehehehelsgood!" she talked to him.
