As Julia dives into the pool the force of the water rushing past her body is too strong for you and you lose your grip on her bikini. Struggling you manage to swim the one foot to the surface, though it feels like much more to you. By the time you surface you are gasping for air. You find yourself 6 feet out from the edge, which at your current size looks more like 60 feet and begin the long swim to the edge. When you get there you realise that you are much too short to reach the ledge of the pool.
You are about to begin the long swim to the shallows to see if maybe you can use the rope the thermometer to pull yourself at least out of the water when you suddenly feel a hand scoop underneath you and lift you out of the water depositing you on the edge. You spin around to thank your sister for saving you from drowning before darting into the house - but then you freeze in place.
Looking at you is not your sister's face, but Julia. You can't help but notice how incredibly beautiful she looks, her long wet hair slick against her head and shoulders - her beautiful eyes and full lips. "Hey little guy - now how did this happen?"
Julia had flirted with you before a couple of times - but you had always promptly made an excuse and disappeared when it happened - no doubt the girl either thought you weren't interested or thought that you were incredibly shy. Or possibly that her flirting got you so excited you had to go deal with something came a third stray thought.
"Jack."
You snapped out of it, realising she expected an answer.
