The Empire had a new policy on loitering. They had installed cameras and had warned Jenny about rummaging. So the hotel was out.
The people at the park could be so mean. They looked down at Jenny and she knew it. Jenny did her best to keep herself and her clothes clean. But that did nothing to help the rips and wear in her clothing. And Jenny had been caught a few times while finding food.
But, the orchard had the best apples. Jenny knew that those apples were just a few hours away.
