Brennan's gigantic size 13 dress shoe!

After being catapulted through the air apart from a couple of bruises and the feeling of sickness, you luckily have managed to survive this event with no major injuries. You stand up on the soft surface you landed on and try to figure out where you are. The smell instantly gives you a clue that your in a shoe/boot/trainer. You look down and see a barely visible number 13 on the sole, and you know instantly, (because of your foot fetish through high school) that you are inside one of Brennan's shoe, most probably a dress shoe knowing Brennan. What should you do...?
