The departure horn soon sounded and Tifa shook her head.

No need to worry about it. She'd just have to be more careful when eating ice cream in the future. The cartoon had ended while Tifa was thinking and she gave a pout at missing it. She'd catch it in full the next time it was on, she decided.

But now there was still a lot of food to eat and she was feeling quite hungry.

Hoagies, spaghetti, hot dogs, liver and onions, this was just a tiny portion of the food Tifa managed to eat, the cart slowly emptying of food as time passed. By the time Tifa felt truly full, she had packed away about a tenth of the food on the cart. Rubbing her full stomach as gently as possible, Tifa couldn't help but giggle.

"I really am quite the piggy. But it's a vacation so who cares if I gain a few pounds? I'll have them worked off a week or two after I get back."

Confident in this, Tifa decided a nap was in order and was soon asleep, snoring loudly, something she didn't do often.

Unknown to the slumbering martial artist, the entire cruise was an experiment being run by Neo Shinra to test out their latest subversive devices. The cartoon was meant to be used in covert ops for subliminally turning an enemy agent, the food was laced with appetite enhancers, designed to limit the effectiveness of opposing infantrymen and their support. There were more of course, but the company started with these two on every passenger to join.

The true effectiveness of this experiment would be shown at the end, and Tifa Lockhart was about to find out firsthand how effective these initial devices were.
