Jak woke up. He looked at his cell phone. It was about 9:00. Jak decided to get ready for today. He took a hot, warm, shower, which made him become wide awake. Soon, he went to eat cereal. He told his grandmother he was spending the weekend at a friend's place and that he would be back in a day or two. She allowed him to go, and told him to check in every now and then. He then traveled to a local superstore to meet his girlfriend. Jasmine noticed the look of concern on his face.
"What's wrong, Jak?" Jasmine said.
"I think this could be the last time we see our folks." Jak said.
"I thought about that too." Jasmine said. "When this crisis is over, we will see them again."
"Yeah. I packed some things, like clothes, tons of them, some food and snacks...." Jak said.
"I did pack stuff like that too." Jasmine said.
"Now, we just wait...." Jak said.
"Jak, I have a tangling feeling inside me...." Jasmine said.
"You do, huh?" Jak said, then he realized it. "Jasmine we should get out of here..."
"Why?" Jasmine said.
A earthquake like rumble occured. It was beginning. The worlds were starting to become one again. Jak and Jasmine went outside. They looked up in the sky. They saw a familiar looking ship in the air.
"Hey, Jas," Jak said. "That looks like the Deathray."
"I think it is Luigi-Boogums." Jamsine said.
