It's hot, and oily, and the grip on her grip on your neck doesn't give you much freedom.
A loud thumping assaults your ears, and a lack of air is making it hard to breathe.
As if heard under water, you think she is giggling, and she may be talking to you.
"If you relax, both of us can enjoy this, if you don't, well you really don't want to know."
