"Maybe if I climb onto a chair, Cream will see me." Tails said to himself, scratching his head.
He climbed half of the way and then jumped in the air and used his tails to fly up so he could get there faster. Good thing that climbing helped Tails save enough energy to successfully fly up high enough to land on the chair.
He then started trying to get Cream, who was standing very close to the chair, to notice him.
"Hey Cream! I'm here!"
Unfortunately, Cream stood with her back to the chair and seemed to be distracted on something. It was kinda hard to see what exactly she was doing from Tails' point of view. Cream was eating a lot of fatty food, which greatly increased the size of her belly, breasts, thighs and butt. And even when Tails was at his normal size, Cream's backside always seemed very large for him.
He could tell that her buttcheeks were even bigger than watermelons. Cream's skirt could only cover the upper half of them, while the lower half, along with her big white panties, was very visible. Sometimes Cream even had difficulty getting through doors.
And now that Tails was only 2 inches in size, the view of Cream's ass blocked most of his view, preventing him from even seeing her back.
"They're...really huge." Tails admitted in his mind before mentally slapping himself.
Cream meanwhile took out the phone. "Maybe I should call Tails and tell him that I'm at his house. At least, I'll find out if he comes or if he's busy."
As she was searching for his contact on her phone, Tails realized he left his own phone in his room.
"Damn, if only I..." he thought before looking up. "H-Huh?"
"I need to have a seat. I hope this chair will be strong enough to hold me." Cream said to herself as she looked back on the chair before lowering her butt towards it.
Tails' eyes widened at the view. He didn't have any time to get out of the chair, and even if he had, he was just too shocked to move. Tails could only gulp and keep looking up as a huge shadow covered him before...
PLOP!
The darkness covered Tails' body completely. But that didn't matter to Tails, since as a fox, he could see in the dark very well.
"Am I-" Tails began before gulping awkwardly as it didn't take long for him to realize that his whole body was underneath Cream's huge white panties.
Luckily, he was in the spot between two buttcheeks, which saved him from feeling their whole weight. However, it still felt very uncomfortable for a tiny fox boy.
"T-There's no air here...Cream! Please, get off me!" Tails exclaimed, but the sounds of his voice were completely isolated.
Realizing that staying in this position for too long might be dangerous, Tails started squirming, hoping that Cream would feel it
As Cream was about to start a call, she felt something squirm under her, which was tickling the spot on her ass.
"Hm? W-What is that?" she asked in suprise before standing up to check.
Her eyes widened in surprise as she saw Tails taking deep breaths. "Is...is that-?"
Cream rubbed her eyes and leaned closer to be sure.
"Huff...huff...It's...it's me, Cream." Tails said in a bit tired voice.
"T-Tails?! W-What happened to you?!" Cream asked in shock.
"It's alright, I was just testing my invention." Tails replied, standing up with an awkward smile. "It shrank me, so I'm this size now."
Cream then gasped as she realized what she did.
"Oh no! I...I sat on you, r-right?...D-D-Did I hurt you, Tails?! Are you okay?!" she said with her hands close to her mouth.
Tails raised his hands a bit to calm her down. "No, no, I'm fine, Cream. Sorry for that, I just wanted to get your attention to show you that I'm home and climbed on that chair. I just didn't take into account that you would want to sit down, so it's my fault that I chose the wrong place."
After Cream calmed down, she gently took Tails in her both hands and held him on her palms. She smiled at him.
"Hehe, I must say, you look so cute when you this small." she said cheerfully. "Don't worry, I'm here and I won't let you get hurt."
"Heh, thanks." Tails said, feeling unused to a view of Cream's giant face.
Cream gently pressed her finger against Tails' stomach and moved it up and down, causing Tails to fall on his back and laugh.
"Hahahahha! C-Come aaaaaaan, Cream! Hahahaa, it tickles!"
"This is revenge." Cream said with a cute smile as she continued tickling Tails.
"For whaaaahahahahat?"
"For making me worry about you, of course. Now apooooologiiiiiize."
"I-haha-I'm sohohohohrryyy!"
After a few more seconds, the two suddenly heard someone enter. Cream placed Tails on her shoulder and walked in the corridor to see who it was.
"Oh, hey Cream. Is Tails here?"
Cream and Tails saw Sonic standing at the entrance. Tails stood up and waved at him.
"Oh, uh, hey Sonic. I'm right here." he said with an awkward smile.
Sonic looked at small sized Tails and rubbed his eyes.
"Wait...is this real? Do you see him too Cream?" he asked in surprise.
"Yes, Mr. Sonic. Tails is small now." Cream said with a nod.
"W-Wha...What happened to you buddy?" Sonic asked, looking at Tails.
Tails gave him a short explanation.
"Oh, I see. Well, is there a way to fix this?"
"Well, I...I didn't add the reset function to a shrink ray yet. I'm gonna need time to work on it so I can get back to my normal size." Tails explained. "Oh, by the way, did you want something, Sonic?"
"O-Oh, yeah. It's just that Eggman is attacking again, and I was about to take you with me."
"No!" Cream suddenly exclaimed as she grabbed Tails with both hands and held him tightly. "You already put Tails in a huge risk when you took him despite that he hasn't fully recovered yet back then. Now he's small and defenseless. I...I won't let you take him!"
"Oh, come on, Cream. You didn't have to say that!" Tails thought, feeling a bit insulted from being called 'defenseless'.
But at the same time, Tails felt a bit flattered by the fact that Cream was so protective.
"Wow, wow, calm down." Sonic said, raising his hands. "We're battling against Eggman, so getting traumas is normal thing in such situation. Plus, Tails is a strong boy, he handled the battle even while being not fully recovered. Right, Tails?"
Tails nodded silently. Cream felt some hypocrisy in Sonic's statement.
"You never got any wounds in battles, all because you're super fast, unlike Tails." she thought with a slight frown.
"But yeah, while Tails is this size, I can't take him on the battles. Sorry, Tails, but you won't be able to do anything while being so small." Sonic said, scratching his head. "So I think I'll cooperate with Shadow and Rouge this time. But don't worry, buddy. After you get your original size back, we'll keep fighting against Eggman's forces together. Okay?"
"Okay." Tails said.
"I gotta go now. I trust you to look after him, Cream. See ya!" Sonic said before running out on a huge speed.
Cream felt relieved. At last, Tails wasn't taken on a dangerous battle, where he would most likely get dangerously wounded again.
A few minutes later.
"So, this thing was able to shrink you to this size?" Cream asked curiously, standing in Tails' lab, holding a shrink ray in her right hand, and holding Tails himself in her left hand.
"Yeah." Tails replied. "Unfortunately...I didn't give it a function of returning object to its original size. So I can only get as big as the switch allows me."
Cream looked at the switch and saw that the biggest size of all options was 20 inches.
"I could upgrade this ray so it could return me my original size. But I can't work on it in my current size. I need to be bigger. So...could you, please, use the shrink way on me and make me 20 inches high so I could work on it?" Tails asked.
Cream gave it a thought. Of course, she wanted to help Tails. But...
"If he gets back to his original size, he'll get back in these battles! He'll keep helping Mr. Sonic and getting seriously hurt in the process!"
The image of Tails lying in a hospital in eternal coma came into her mind, which made Cream feel scared.
Meanwhile, Tails saw Cream's eyes trembling and became worried.
"Cream, are you okay?"
Cream looked down at Tails. At her small, cute, defenseless friend who needed to be cared for and protected.
"Maybe...maybe this is a chance to save Tails from danger and stop this mess! I can't...I can't miss it!"
And then, she made her decision.
"Um...how about we not hurry with that?" she began shyly.
"Hm? What do you mean?" Tails asked in slight confusion.
"Well, you got shrunk just recently. Maybe you could get used to that new experience for some time. Also, I really want to show you to my Mom. I'm sure she'll be amazed by how great your device is." Cream said, placing Tails on the lable and leaning on it while looking at him, unconsciously giving him a view of her giant tits. "We'll take the shrink ray with us so you could change your size whenever you want. But...no need to hurry in adding this 'reset function' thing."
"Huh." Tails said with a finger on his chin. "But...what about Eggman?"
"Well, I'm sure Mr. Sonic, Mr. Shadow and Miss Rouge will handle things together. And we could spend a good time in my house and have fun!"
Tails looked at the shrink ray and then at Cream again, considering the options.
"Come on, Tails. Just forget about this work for a little while and spend time with me and Mom! Pleeeeease!" Cream said, clasping her hands together and looking at Tails with puppy dog eyes.
