From the conversation with Jaden as it was Alexis gained another 2lbs, whilst insignificant on their own, the bigger she got the more she would end up lying about it and the bigger she would get. However Alexis didn't know that lying was actually the trigger for her gain and so she continued to keep everything hidden in order to try find out what was happening and also to prevent anyone from worrying.
On their way from the duel arena Jaden and Alexis were casually talking about their decks and the cards they aquired during the summer break before running into the rest of their friends. Alexis immediatly felt the cold stares of her friends as they all noticed her recent increase in weight, whilst it was nothing major it was noticable that her tummy was pressed up against her uniform kind of tight, her other gains had been quite minor so whilst her breasts, hips and butt were a tad bigger it wasnt yet noticable.
Feeling the eyes of her friend's on her belly she covered it and reassured them that there was nothing wrong, she was just a bit bloated from a large lunch as she gained a single pound from that lie.
"But Alexis, i thought you said you were retaining water?" Jaden said curiously
"ahh, well i am" she said "i just happened to have had a large lunch as well" she lied gaining yet another pound in weight.
"Ok, if you say so" Jaden grinned"i believe you Alexis"
"thank you for your concern Jaden, but i am fine, and thank you for believing in me" she said as she gained another pound for saying she was fine. This ment that since the opening cerimony she had already gained 5lbs, but luckily the attentioned shifted away from her weight gain as Chaz challanged Jaden to a duel decaliring how much stronger he has become over the summer.
Alexis sighed as her stomach grumbled, with her increased weight came an increased appitite and though lunch hadn't been very long ago she was hungry already.....
