This choice: He's shocked, and doesn't understand what happened • Go Back...Chapter #5He's shocked, and doesn't understand what happened by: Shademaster   Kiba stared at his gut, mouth agape. Carefully, he placed the food he had in his hands down on the table, and tentatively prodded the protrusion with a finger. His finger in place, he glanced at the mountains of food still left. He hadn't eaten THAT much, had he? However, the exposed mass of flesh that had forced itself into visibility suggested otherwise.
Kiba's mind raced as he panicked slightly. Was he really getting fat? No, that couldn't be it; this sort of thing happened to Naruto all the time when he ate at Ichiraku, but the resulting bloated stomach usually went down pretty quickly, as far as he knew. Although...
"My gut has been getting a little big, lately," Kiba thought, unconsciously drawing his finger down his engorged stomach. "If I ain't careful, I could wind up like Choji..."
Something occured to him, though; the main reason his belly had grown previously was because Akamaru was still at the vet, and he hadn't been able to work off his energy training with him. That thought cheered Kiba up a little bit; once Akamaru was all better, things would be back to normal, and he would be able to work off his belly.
In the meantime, he had unfinished business. Rezipping his jacket (for all the good it would do,) Kiba resumed gorging himself. Until Akamaru recovered, he was gonna eat, and eat good...
About an hour later, Kiba finished his massive feast. Predictably, his stomach had grown even further, and he had unzipped his jacket to allow it to hang out freely. His pants were undone, Kiba having unbuttoned and unzipped them somewhere in the middle of his gorging to both give his gut room to breathe and keep the article of clothing from breaking.
Wiping a bit of sauce from his mouth, Kiba let out a massive belch. Sighing, he plopped down onto a chair, smacking his belly with one hand and rubbing it with the other.
"Oh man, that was SO good..." Kiba moaned. He spent a minute or so caressing his belly, surprised at how good it felt.
"Maybe this isn't so bad..." Kiba muttered. Clutching his prodigious gut, he leaned back, his mind coming to a decision.
